Shea butter for the lips?

Have anyone ever thought of doing this, putting raw shea butter on there lips instead off chapstick? Also if so what combinations/ oils do you use for your lips? Thanks in advance

I've done it to combat dryness from the harsh cool winter air and it works great. I got this tip from the other curlies on this site. I first exfoliate with a toothbrush then I just melt the shea butter a little in the microwave and rub it on my lips. It keeps them really moisturized and really soft. You should definitely try it!

I carry around a tiny container and use it in place of chapstick all the time.

I use it me and my son's lips especially in the winter time. His lips get very dry.

I done it and my hubby does it often.

i only use shea butter to moisturize the lips.
