Ok on a wash and go. I wanted to do that but I am confused as too what to really do. Do I wash my hair and just run the Lynnie custard through it? Or is it some method of styling. I know this is a stupid question but I really wanna know so I can try it.

I wont fall and hurt myself. Well not intentional I am very VERY clumsy though. If I trip it is a Hard trip or a fall. My ankles are like nothing now, I can twist them and keep it moving with no problem. But that bed was stupid high. Thanks for the compliments on my hair. I twisted one in the front and it did look very juicy indeed. Her length astonishes me right now.

Diva is looking great! A wash and go is pretty much you wash or co-wash your hair, detangle if you need to. apply whatever products you use for moisture (leave-in condish, oil) and let it air dry. throw on your accessories while it is wet if you gonna where any. Let it be. From my experience the more I mess with it while it is air drying the more frizzy it becomes.

@ Lady Mika - It is actually not the military, billeting is all through KBR. and my bed was old and so I told them to get me a new one. Well the fools decide to take my bed out which was a good height that I could throw my footlockers and suitcases under, to give me a box spring and mattress. on the floor basically no frame no nothing. Well I asked for a frame so they got me one and put the box spring and mattress on it. GURL I seriously had to do some spider monkey climbing to get in the bed but it is good now.

@Npmoore04 - See my wash and goes always end up a puff. I have to be doing something wrong. Like this morning I washed, put my leave in and oil and I have a puff! LOL!! I dunno!

Diva is back in affect and I have a oil/water/leave in mix that I have in a spritz bottle. I applied Kinky Curly leave in and my hair is so soft. That is also going to be on my list.

Yay! Diva is back. Hope she's having lots of fun.

I am on operations twist Diva.

Tomorrow is my OFF DAY!! My first off day in 6 weeks. For 6 weeks I have been working 7 days a week and 12 hours a day. I was supposed to take it Saturday but I pushed it back to be a nice coworker (plus I felt bad because my co worker is a square and we made fun of him and called him a non promoted over achiever. We pointed out how hard he works as we do bare minimum and make the same pay) and gave it to someone in my office.

I have my eco custard all mixed up, I am going to start in the
morning and look at some tutorials and then try to make it do what it
do. Me and diva.I have my cart set up to make my purchases when I get paid. I have the oils, avocado, jojoba, olive, and Castor oil. I also got black soap, shea butter, Giovanni extreme protein, and Charmin (yes the toilet paper) I don't like to use anything else. Especially this John Wayne toilet paper they have out here. It is rough and tough and don't take shyt off of nobody.

Other than that diva is here and I have to twist or protective style her because umm it is hot outside. I have the hillbilly tan on my arm. My arms dark until the line of my sleeve then it is lighter. .

We will see how the style turns out. Any suggestions on styling I have no clue what to do yet. I have tried the faux hawk and Diva does not lay down on the sides. Also just with trying to lay the front down Diva bounces back. I do not want to put heat to her but that is seeming to be my only choice is to blow dry her then try to lay her down. How do you ladies get your hair to behave, Diva is being so stubborn (pay back for the kinky twist I think).

Hey KT! In that weather I would definitely wash and go and let my wet hair keep me cool until it dried. Can't wait to see what you do on your day off!

OK OK OK!! Well I had my day off yesterday and I decided to twist my hair. Well I did it the night before my off day so I can sleep in if it takes tooooooo long. I sprayed my hair with Juices and Berries because I did not want to wet it too much I just wanted it to be moist. I remembered Sweets saying that is it best to do it when it is dry. SOOOOOOOOOO!! I got the custard together, and then started going. I braided the side and twisted the front to the front and the back going to the back. With each twist I started off braiding them for the hold at the root and twisted towards the end. The custard was AWESOME!! It made my hair so soft and manageable during the twist. Diva and I bonded so much and had a GREAT experience. Even though I started to get a little tired by the arms, but I finished it. Yesterday my friend looked at me like I was crazy by the head but she has always been negative about me going natural. She asked if I was going to take it down and I told her yea on Saturday (that is her last Saturday and we are going out). She just gave me this eww face. But this morning when I got into work everyone was like OMG I love your hair like this. You should do this more often. And they were like your twist are so pretty. SOOOOOO!!

GREAT!! yes I know it is bad. I actually have to go through everything and toss out what I use and don't use.
