Oh, how can I forget STEAK AND SEAFOOD Fridays on base overseas?? I'm telling you, when you get orders outside the US you get a little spoiled! I miss steak and seafood fridays.

OMG 110 degrees! Dont get me wrong, Im a summer baby (July 22) and I loooove the heat but 110 is just ridiculous. Be careful out there! Cant wait to see Diva in all her curly glory!

Yes I am a Summer baby too (June 16). Girl this heat is that new 2010 heat. I try to think cool thoughts but it is hard.

Girl Bear (the dog) wit them big brown eyes have me melting. I love him because he is good with people, but if another dog step on his turf he go OFF! He does that because we have kids and he is a protector. That poor neighbors dog gets beat up EVERY TIME!

Hey Sweets!! I am trying to stay cool. I tell my husband all the time that we have the gangsta dog.. He is damn near my height when he jumps on me. And he plops down to lay down while you pet him and makes you fall into a sit down also cause he is so big and want lay on you.

My kids do everything to him. Ride him, get in his house (which they are still doing chores to pay because they broke it) and just mess wit him when he tired. But he have his stages with other dogs.

My husband said he was mowing the lawn he neighbors dog broke the gate and stepped in. Bear was laying down and moved his head to see. Then the dog moved walked in the gate bear put his head up like REALLY.. The dog walked closer to my husband.. Bear stood up like WOW.. The dog walked closer again to my husband. Bear then got in between the dog and my husband and got in his try me stance and growl.. The dog got out of our yard..

Bear got a treat and a very good belly rub.

4 more days till my Diva is back!! Last night my friends cooked and we sat out and ate (not for long it was hot) and chilled. I then watched Project Runway and Hells Kitchen. I regulated from Skype my kids and husband with their rooms and made them clean it up. Other than that is it still early today. I have my twist in a ponytail from last night. I woke up and just went nothing done to it just woke up and go hair.

LOL!! Bear is that dude. He chewed through our cable and so my husband got him a muzzle. MAN he was pissed. But he figured out how to take it off, then jumped on the door and showed us like umm TRY AGAIN MFers!!

As for the regulating. They not crazy, it was my husband that was walking around showing me. And the first room was my baby (6) room. I was like KENYON IS THIS ROOM CLEAN?!?!?! He was like no ma'am (in his most adorable cutest baby voice). I was like clean it NOW!! So I watched him start picking up stuff, then my other son had to do chores outside. ONE PERSON HAD THEY ROOM CLEAN which was my middle son so he was outside playing. So we got the the Master Bedroom and my husband opened the door and I was like REALLY!! Did we run out of hangers? So then he had the nerve to be like let me see something take that blanket off. I was like nope clean your room! LMAO!!

He busted out laughing and was like man you wrong for that. LOL!

I am so ready to go home and be mommy and wifey and not do it through skype!

Man o Man, I have three days left. Today is the day where I make all of my shopping carts and prepare them to purchase on pay day. As you all know I have been put on a limit and so I am trying to be a good girl and not click purchase on anything. After looking on Lynnies page with her goodies it is a must that I order Oyin. I also wanted to order some of the oils that I have never tried that I have seen on other peoples threads like Jojoba oil, avocado oil, and vegetable glycerin. I also have to order some Shea butter because I left it at home so I want some for here. Because I am ready to go home I am also going to start doubling up on my orders. Send some here to me in Iraq and send some home. I also have to order lock butter for my son because he is about to start locking his hair up next month.

I am trying to hold out on washing my hair because Diva only has 3 more days and then she is with me again. I was looking in the mirror and saw one curl sticking out through the kinky twist. I touched it and was like you will be here soon my dear... very soon. It was a very dramatic romance moment in the ladies restroom at work. I had the music playing in the back ground in my mind and everything.

OH LAWD NO RAIN!! LOL!!

If it rains it will rain MUD!! It has been so dusty that the dust will mix with the rain and be mud drops on Diva. It had a rain/dust/wind storm a week or so ago and the people that were caught outside in that craziness was NOT PLEASED!!

I am just praying to get out of here. Lord knows that is the only answer at this time.

As for the unveiling there will be pictures involved. My husband said he sent my package with my hair pic but I have not seen it so he is gettin major side eye right now.. But I made a back up plan. I have a homie out here that used to have a fro but now is twisting it to loc up so he said he will let me have his pic. I refuse to go one more day with out Diva.

Girl you are too funny!!!!!!! As for moisture...hhmmmmm.....Try to use products with veggie glycerin it will work well with the humidity you are in right now. And since you have been in extensions, I would say a good, overnight DC would do you some good.

Muz you are right these twist are driving me INSANE!! The fun and anxiety of seeing Diva again is so wonderful.

Thanks NJ but there is NO HUMIDITY HERE!! It is all pure heat. Dry heat. that is why we have to drink a lot of water because people stroke out over here. I will order the Glycerin for my hair to add to everything. Thanks hun.

Hey there! Hope it isn't TOO hot today. Yeah, I'm prior Navy and AF Reserve. During my time in the Navy, I was stationed in Yokosuka, Japan. Loved every minute of it. (Hated the duty station, though.)
