ok,ok, I will "snip" them off tonight.

Hi curlies, well I just bought some maxi hair nourishment pills. Has anyone tried or are using them? I snipped some of my ends like you guys said (peer pressure).

Wow - I can't believe the barber cut your hair that way! I hope the tears have long dried and you are realizing how beautiful your hair is and how you look like you can rock a FIERCE short style.

I've recently tried shea butter mixed with a little aloe vera gel and that worked for me awhile.

Good morning all! i used some kinky Curly Knot today this morning and its ok. i used it befor when i was natural and it didnt do anything for me. I will give it one more try, Later gators.

You wear your TWA very well sistagirl! I love it. YAY to getting rid of those leftover ends It really is freeing!

Did you use anything with the Knot Today?

No, just some water. I do not like the custard, like you said if you use too much your hair turns white. I still got a whole jar of that left. I also use the Knot today on my daughtes hair when I wash it.

Girl it seems like even if I use a tiny amount it still turns white! It's a weird product.

Way to girl on snipping those ends. Your hair is going to love you for it.

My hair feels like it is still growing out straight. I promise eversince i got my perm back in january, my new growth does not feel like new growth that I am use to, its softer. Its been two months and I swear my hair still feels straight. Remember in my other post I mentioned I had some relaed hair, well after cutting, it still looks like I still have relaxed hair. What is going on?

Ive been wondering the same thing. That's EXACTLY how my new growth is the front. It makes me nervous bc I keep snipping at them.

I am checking to see how you are and I find you snipped ends.. lol @ the pressure. It's all good though. I am sorry you still don't have the outcome you seek. I keep hearing about the white stuff with KCCC I have never had that issue..thank goodness. Well I am sending some feel good about your hair vibes your way.

After getting rid of relaxed ends, it can take some time for the true curl pattern to show. You may have a loose texture and if so, it will take a little bit more length before you will see a curl. Check our MahoganyCurls Fotki. It took her a few months before you could see her curls. But she has beautiful curly hair now.

Well its been a week since my big chop and i still have not found NOTHING that works for me. I am on a hunt so watch your pageses because I will be stalking them.

What do you mean nothing has worked. What's wrong? Have you spoken with MC she is the TWA queen? What are you looking for your hair to do that it is not doing? Oh you answered already I just went back and read. Don't give up, keep at it you will find what you need I am sure and as you know the ladies here will chime in with suggestions! good luck!

I am SO sorry that the gel did not work out for you. Right now it's all about trial and error so I'm sure you will find something that works. You might want to try MC's method for keeping your twa moist. I might try that today myself...she only used conditioner and oil.

I am looking for something that will give it a curl . Maybe something like a butter or a cream? any suggestions? or maybe my hair will not curl?
