I don't know why I shared this with work friends b/c I didn't plan on telling anyone b/c I didn't want to hear their comments and thoughts. I've been planning and researching this for MONTHS, they've thought about it for 5 minutes and somehow think they know better than me? Plus, not to get all racialist... but what does a white girl know about my black hair? Ugh. I should have kept my mouth shut and just shown up with my new hair on Monday.

I've only been transitioning for 4 months so I won't have that much hair but I can't wait any longer!!! Rosebud, how long have you been transitioning?
