Can't Wait Any Longer...BC Happens TONIGHT!!!

Hello CN World,

I know that in previous posts I mentioned that I was going to wait a
couple of days and go to shop to get my three inched chopped off.
However I can no longer look at the random straight ends of my "what
seems to be" 3c/4a curls. I want to see my true curl patter and type
and at the moment I don't know if the years of heat are fooling my curl
patter. The only place that seems to be straight is the front of my
head while the rest is coily and spirally. I don't have a lot of
shrinkage but about an inch or two. So lets see what the outcome of the
BC will be tonight. Below are below pictures. One of naturally pressed hair to show length and another of the twist out hawk done last week.

I didn't even TRY to transition! I have no patience...when I made the decision to go natural I wanted to go natural ASAP!!! So instead of getting a touch up on my perm, I just told my stylist to chop it off. So I BC'd with about 7 weeks of new growth. More than enough!

yay! Do you like it? I've never done a big chop but I'm always interested when others do it

OMG I loved it...I didn't do a very SHORT big chop...about three inches all over...my hair feels so much better. the straight ends are dong and I couldn't be happier!! I'm starting a hair blog TODAY!!!
