I'm very excited about An Inconvenient Friend. It's a book about sisterhood and the things that women do to each other in the name of getting a man and the stuff women put up with to keep one.

@Renny - I'll be checking these out and recommending them to friends. I'm in two book clubs and know some women who'll definitely be interested in reading these. They sound like some of the inspirational books I've found at Wal-Mart.

FYI - Due to my own interests and requests of others, I am in the process of starting my own store on Artfire.com where my handmade accessories will be sold. Items will include handmade jewelry and crochet accessories (i.e. hats, scarves, hair pins, etc.) I'll keep you updated and give you the web address when it's ready! There will only be a few pieces listed in the beginning as I create more to add to the store.

good idea napp! i wish i wouldve kept up with pursuing journalism after high school. make sure u dont forget us old timers who put college after high school on pause and decided to take interest in college 10 yrs later (i.e. me)...working moms juggling full time work and school.
