Re: drying techniques
Lexiwithcurls on YouTube has a video using the hair glove. I love plopping. My hair takes all day to air dry (8-10 hrs). Plopping cuts that does tremendously (3-5 hours). Of course, the type of product you use determines drying time too. Hope this helps.

I love plopping, too.
Here is the video that I learned from:

What is a hair glove? Is that the same as the Devafuser?

Re: drying techniques
I love plopping. I have used both my hubby's tee shirts and flour sacks. It works great on getting rid of drippies.
Re: drying techniques
i noticed that on one video the young lady does her plopping upright instead of bending at the waist. is this best for longer hair?
this is the hair glove:

Re: drying techniques
I think plopping upright is good if your hair is shorter. I bend at the waist and my curly hair is shoulder length.
Re: drying techniques
amen on the plopping. tried it for the first time the other night for 20 minutes and cut down my 24 hour dry time to 8!

Re: drying techniques
I bend at the waist (my hair is very thick and a little shorter than shoulder length when wet), so if your hair is long, you'll probably do that to. That way you can get all your hair easily under the t-shirt.
