Thoughts on Chicoro's Book Grow It!

I bought her book and I love it. She breaks everything down so that you understand hair and why you should treat it in a certain way. She also talks about the science behind hair. She helped me understand why our hair needs so much moisture and many other things. I had this book before I discovered Curly Nikki so I have to give due credit to Chicoro. It is a very helpful book to me.

can you provide some tips from the book?!

Yeah..Chicoro is super nice and shares a lot of her knowledge on LHCF. She also have a fotki album.

Yeah pretty much all of her information can be found on her fotki. I just found it easier to buy the book and see the info in front of me then going through all the albums.
