@ InteligientBeauty - I transitioned FOREVER!!! My last relaxer was in December 2007. I had been getting the ends clipped here and there, but not as often as I should have been. I'm luck that I still have a pretty good head of hair.

Love It!!! U have that look of relief that I'm yearning for...everyday I look in the mirror and say " I cuttin' this crap OFF". But I'm actually to afraid to cut it myself, not very good with scissors.

@3cfinally...GIRL I am not stylist myself! I made sure that I blow is out on warm and low heat with the blow dryer so that I could at least see the shape I was cutting. I've watched a many days from the salon chair on how to shape basic layers so I just went at it! LOL

@Hamptonfnst - I was SOOOO relieved...can finally look in the mirror and smile at my hair rather than frown and be disgusted...good luck with your BC...its good to know that I'm not the only one who has transitioned for a VERY long time!
