I left off with my beach weekend hair. Well since then I have joined the twist challenge. Yeah what was I thinking. I have mastered the twist out but dont feel like I do my twist good enough to wear them out of the house.

I was off on last Friday and I gave my hair(still need a name) some much needed pampering. After I deep conditoned I let it air dry and decided to try some dry twist. Umm they did not turn out so well. My hubby said I looked like Celie. We had date night on saturday night and I decided to do a twist out and retwist on sunday for the challenge. Here are a few pics. Hubby liked it and said "wow it has grown so much"!





So Sunday came and I was too lazy to twist. I decided to try my hand at the twist again on Monday. This time they did not look so bad and I knew I would try to pin them up. I will work on making the back twist smaller next time.

So for this week I am in the challenge. Next week I hope that my twist look better. They say practice makes perfect.

ur twist look good. i didnt think my twist looked good enuff to leave the house either but for this twist challenge...it doesnt even matter cuz i dnt stick out at work

ok ladies. The twist are still in but good lawd the itching is driving me crazy!!! WTH??? I can't wait to untwist and wear my hair out on Saturday.

I plan to retwist on sunday and do them smaller. I also plan to practice on flat twist.

everyone is talkin all this itchin madness!! i think my theory i left on blonde's page maybe correct...hmmmm!!!

i keep sayin i wanna do mine smaller too but i wait til the last minute and never do it. EEEK!!

Let me go see what you said on blonde's page. It is no joke.

If I put in a good movie I should be able to get the twist done.

Well ladies I have closed on my new home on Curl Street! I was in the twist challenge(I did not twist this week due to lack of rest and laziness) I have gotten better over the weeks. The twist make my scalp itchy so I am happy to be done. Below are some pics of my twist last week. I also decided to try to make me a fro. Since I been natural I longed for a fro but it never came out right. Well this time it was a success and I was so proud!

I have been wearing a wash and go all this week. I am trying to come up with what to do to my hair over the holiday weekend. I do like the twist because they hold up to my workouts. With warm weather wash and go's are great too. I am holding out on buying any new products until the hair show on the 19th.

Now I need to up my makeup game like Nubie. I am about to stalk the makeup thread.

Thanks krazy coils. Yes I did blow dry my hair on a cool setting. I use grapeseed oil as my heat protectant.

I saw the fro on FB , that hair is FAB!!!
