If you do more reps using lighter weights, this will give you muscle definition. So if 15lb dumbbells are kind of heavy for you, try 8lb dumbbells and increase the number of reps and sets.
Also, remember never cut cardio out of your routine even if you don't want to lose weight. You need cardio for a healthy heart. Increase consumption of healthy foods if you have to. And as the sister said above, things like squats, lunges, etc will do you good.

Hi friends,
I workout during my lunch hour every day. I walk on treadmill for 60 minutes. I make sure to burn at least 500 calories each workout. Before the new year, I have the intention to dust off my Wii and Wii Fit. I have also intends to incorporate some exercise programs available on Fit TV and on demand.
