Does Your Hair Have A Theme Song?

While picking out special ringtones for my friends I thought about the idea for posting this topic. There are certain songs that I hear that just remind me of some of my friends and family. When I think of the Color Purple I think of my fav aunt Edwina, so I selected the theme to the movie as her ringtone. My buddy Troy loves The Beastie Boys so I selected Brass Monkey for him. Many curlies on this site have selected names that represent our hair because our hair has such distinct personalities of their own. Sometimes I think that Sybil is so distinct that she even have her own theme song. The theme song for my hair, Sybil would have to be I'm Coming Out by Diana Ross because she is trying to come out of her shell and break away from the bun. Now I am experimenting with different fun styles such as the twist-n-curl, flat twist outs, and bantu knot outs.

I didn't know how it would work out not using heat on my hair anymore, but I love the results!

I still have not cut off my relaxed hair, but it's fascinating to see my hair change. The front of my head is wavy, but I'm starting to see curls in the back. It's an interesting process, and it's fun to learn as I go.
