Why did I purchase this product?

In the search for a new liquid leave in, I purchased Jane Carter revitalizing leave in, I used the product yesterday and it did nothing!. My hair was dry and crunchy. So i sprayed some more on my hair and sealed, this morning. Nothing!. so now i am lost. can i still return the product even though you can tell that it was used. (I purchased it at target).

I'd take it to the store and see if you can return it. If its too far away, call the actual store, not the online CSR.

Yes you can. You should have no problem. They have a good return policy.

I USE THE JANE CARTER REVITALIZING LEAVE IN TO REFRESH MY DAUGHTERS HAIR IN THE MORNING. SHES 5 AND HER HAIR IS LIKE A 3A IN TEXTURE. MY HAIR IS VERY THICK IT WOULD BE LIKE A 5 A IF THERE WERE SUCHA THING. (LOL) AND THAT JANE CARTER DOES NOTHING FOR ME. IM FINDING THOSE LIQUID LEAVE INS ARE A WASTE OF MY FRO'S TIME.

I would take it back and get something you like.
I have it, I use it under the Nourish and Shine and my hair is soft & moist the next AM. However, I will not buy it again because it is nothing to brag about when I use it solo and the N&S is too expensive to apply to my entire head (I use it on my ends).
I think the henna is the problem for me. I have used all of the other ingredients ( in various combinations) in other products. The henna is the wild card. I have not read any posts by henna users stating that they leave henna in their hair after application(most give tips for how to rinse it out completely). I know it is not necessarily the same type of henna but I have not seen it as an ingredient in any other leave-in.

I bought the Jane Carter leave-in a while ago and found it to be water in a bottle. It did absolutely nothing for my hair either.

I use Infusium23 and a squirt of the Shea butter and jojoba oil leave in conditioner in my spritz bottle with three different oils to refresh my TWA.
Infusium23 alone doesn't cut it.

soft sheen's roots of nature curl cream for natural hair does my hair wonders. has anyone tried it?

I didn't find it to be extremly moisturizing, either, but I like the smell. I mainly use it as a "refresher" for my micros, just for scent, after I run some of my leave-in through me braids.
