is cutting your ends a must for a TWA
Hey All! I just wanted to get some insight on everyones thoughts about cutting their ends! I have yet to cut my ends since I big chopped in November and was wondering if that was a bad thing. Also with cutting your ends what are some methods you all use like straightening first or what not? Thanks in advance for the help =)

Re: is cutting your ends a must for a TWA
I did not trim until 6 months after my BC and that's only b/c I needed it. My hair started to tangle at the ends and I could just tell it was time. If I didn't need it I wouldn't have done it. If your ends are not splitting, breaking, or tangling really bad and they seem perfectly healthy then why trim them? That's just cutting perfectly good hair. You just gotta do what you think your hair needs at the time but there is no rule HAVE to trim on a schedule. Just do it when you think your hair needs it. When I trimmed i went to a salon and she trimmed my hair wet b/c I don't use heat. Other ladies do it different ways so hopefully they chime in. HTH
