Chicoro's Moisturizing method
Does anyone in here uses this method? I know there's 3 steps to it but I've been missing 1
is water based, oil and emulsifying product
I'm still a lil confused on the 3rd product maybe that's why I've been missing that step
if you use this method can you name or give an example of the last product. Chicoro mentioned vaseline and shea butter mixed with something else but my hair is not into either of this 2.

You can try a product with a wax base like unpetroleum jelly or beeswax. Many ladies simply use a styler or butter (shea, mango, illipe, aloe, olive, etc.) as emulsifying product.

I use a leave-in, moisturizer, and then an oil to seal it all in.

I used a leave in conditioner, oil then a creamy product/styler (usually shea butter based).

If my hair is wet, I use a leave-in (Yes to Cucumbers Leave-in), the styler (usually shea butter, with eco-styler), then I seal with oil (castor & jojoba).
If my hair is dry...I use a water-based, creamy moisturizer (Shea Moisture Conditioning Milk or Carol's Daughter Hair Milk), and seal with my shea butter, castor, jojoba oils mix.
You really have to pay attention to what works for YOU! Believe me, I'll have a year in April...and I've just recently GOT IT regarding what works for my hair!
So...patience and consistency are key!
