I dont think my hair is retaining length by twisting
So I'm trying to protect my hair during these cold winter months. Ive been twisting my hair and find that at the end of my twist I have a clump of shed hair at the tips. Not sure If this is regular shedding or not. I usually wash, detangle with a wide tooth comb and then my hard back paddle brush, then I twist my hair. Does anyone else have this problem?

try completely detangling your hair and then doing chunky twist so it can air dry. after that twist your hair while dry. I have been twisting my hair every 2 weeks since december and I have noticed a good amount of growth. Of course when I wash my hair there is shed hair but thats normal
