Re: Palmers Hair Product Line
Speaking as a recovering PJ.. Well sort of recovering.. lol I used this when I was relaxed because I was looking for the perfect cream moisturizer.. To be honest this just never did it for me relax..One reason my hair was just always dry. Nothing worked for me. I gave it to my mom.. I still have the green bottle in my cabinet (moisturizer) haven't used it I even have the DC that in the packets and haven't used that either (white packets).. I know I am not much help but that is the story of a PJ we buy stuff and sometimes don't even get to use it.. I'm working on my problem though.. lol
The Shampoo is it has SLS in it I know I don't plan to use that but being that I am transtioning shampoo tangles my hair more now so I am staying away from any shampoo. I will thank you for reminding me about this product maybe I can use it and see how it works.. Right now if I used the moisturizer I would use it on wet hair to see how it goes..
Far as the ingredient list I think is mixed some products are good and some aren't that Propylene Glycol I was always unsure when I see that on product.

I bought a bottle of this stuff and now it's collecting dust because whenever I use it my head starts itching uncontrolably. The sad thing is that it kept my hair really moisturized.

I have the olive headdress and just finished the last of the olive oil spray. i think the headress made my hair straight, but both products added shine. I was happy with both. I have always been happy with their cocoa butter skin care products which is why i gave them a try. I just refilled the spray bottle with EVOO. I think the main ingredient for the spray is canola oil, go figure. Below is the link to the olive headdress:

Re: Palmers Hair Product Line
Last month I bought Palmer's coconut oil line: shampoo, conditioner, hair milk and hairdress. The shampoo made my hair hard. The conditioner didn't help. The hair milk also made my hair hard. The thing from this line that actually moisturized my hair, was the hairdress. The one thing I don't like about the hairdress, is that it contains mineral oil and microcrystalline wax. I just returned the shampoo/conditioner/hair milk back to Target for full refund. Won't be buying these again.

Dimethicone - is my worse nightmare. Silicone and I don't get along because it tends to dry my hair out. Once I've stayed away from this stuff my hair looks much better. Do you use silicone in your hair? You can try the product out and see if you like it but if you really want to learn about various ingredients try checking out the site: naturallycurly.com
