Has anyone received thier hairveda offer from Cyber-Monday? I heard great things about this products so I gave them a shot, but I have yet to hear about my order. My cc has been charged, but no word on shipping as of yet. I received my Darcy's products a week ago (they are handmade too). Does Hairveda always take this long and MOST IMPORTANTLY is it worth the wait?

I haven't used their products but several ladies are waiting along with you for their shipment, this has been a topic of discussion under the BF thread under products as well. I will post what I provided the other ladies but from understanding from Latoya who has ordered from them in the past-this is not uncommon for the items to take a long time to ship out (seems to be the norm). Being that it was sale I think the insert below would apply and who knows it may take longer than that stated time!

Where's My Order?

Yes, they always take forever which is why I'm always reluctant to order during a sale, but I gave in during CM and got one of the grab bags. They are worth the wait IMO...even though I hate waiting.

@ Naturalmo - I love drunken the Cocasta shikakai oil!! I say it is worth the way. What did you order?

I got an email saying it would take 10-15 days to process the order so I am patiently waiting.

It is def worth the wait. There products are wonderful and the owner, BJ, is very nice and has wonderful customer service. Recently my order was lost or stolen by the post office and she sent me out another one asap even though it was against her policy. I really love there shikakai oil and their sitrinilla deep condish:)

I think also when she have a sale she gets so many orders I think that is why it takes so long too.. I use to think it went by when you placed the order because I use to get my order quick even during big sales and I know another lady that lives in Maryland also and it would take her forever to get her order but now she says she's gotten her order quicker.. I didn't order anything this time because the last sale she had b4 Cyber Monday I still have products I haven't used so If I order anything else from her I might try the body products like the soaps

I'm sure they are getting flooded with emails...I sent one too. I love their products, but if I don't hear something within the week I'm cancelling the order. I should've just ordered from Darcy's or Oyin.

I thought the same thing also. Hairveda is the only purchase I made on BF and I only ordered a grab bag.

WOW. Still no word from hairveda. No response to the e-mail sent nor update on order status as they state I should have received by now. Maybe I shall dispute w/my cc since I'm sure I won't get response to my cancellation as well. Definitely my 1st and last order w/them. On a good note I ordered from CD on 12/13 and my products have already shipped. I know these co are not on the same scale, but hairveda needs to step iy up if they plan on growing their business JMO

I checked out Hairveda's FB fan page and one person said they got there order on Monday so hopefully our orders will be coming soon. They have to be, especially since the site says the store will be opening again on 12/20/2010.

I ordered the whipped jelly, green tea, and avo oil. I placed the order at 6am (cst) on the 29th. Hope that helps. Hairveda is very very slow but so worth the wait.

NDid you get your email with the tracking information? I received an email from Paypal on the 9th that my order shipped with the tracking number. I don't normally order from these small businesses if they don't accept paypal....it seems to make them more accountable IMO.

I always use Paypl. No havent received anything but my credit card has been charged.
