When you experience scalp itch and dandruff, do you consider ph?
If the answer to this topic title is "no," maybe you should consider it and bring the hair back to its normal ph state and possibly eliminate existing scalp problems. Here are some links for additional info.

Ha, that's kinda funny because I used these Joico's products that I bought through my stylist during my last wash, and they have specific levels of pH in each bottle. My scalp is less itchy now that I think about it, but itchy nonetheless. So great post.

Creole, Yes, and it also is a cleanses and restores the hair's shine that was dulled by product build-up
think of it this way-- you drink apple cider vinegar. So, if you put something in your digestive system, you might feel alot less apprehensive about putting it on your hair. Just properly dilute it. Some sites say 1/4 c. of ACV to 1c. water. You can start with 1T ACV in 1c. water and add from there if you don't get the desired results, if that makes you feel more comfortable. I follow it (and everything basically) with a condish. I know people who do not. Actually, I am doing one tomorrow.

I did the baking soda and ACV cleanse last week to combat some of this dry scalp I have....I think I need a couple more treatments before I can say it made a difference in the dry scalp but the curls do pop better!
