Does anyone else ZUMBA?!

I got my body transformation system in the mail on saturday, and even though im just in the begininng stages I already love it. I did the 20 minute express workout today, and it was no joke! Has anyone else "joined the party" like me?

I do zumba in classes at a dance studio, it is the only way I work up a sweat and keep a smile on my face! And I have seen some quick weight loss results since doing it regularly.

Gosh I must be the only one who has seen the infomercials cuz people keep saying they dont know what im talking about. It their total body transformation system. Its the same thing they have you doing in the classes, just on dvd's you can do at home

@MrsJones I think I know what you are referring to I saw it while flipping the channels they also have the hip hop abs infomercial it's on those channels nobody really watches

Yeah thats true. I never thought about it but I guess people only know about it because you can take classes at the gym

I too LOVE Zumba! I do it at least 3 days a week and it is a great work out! Its fun and the music and moves make you feel sexy!

I'm a zumbaholic do it 2-3 times a week at this place I go to by my house. It's so far the only workout I'm been faithfully doing and I love the music and dance moves

My gym offers Zumba classes and I need to take advantage of that. I've heard so many good things about it.

you ever try Studio Tropa... THEYRE AMAZING!!! Its an actual Zumba studio super intense, super fun!

No, I haven't tried anywhere but 24 hour fitnes. My husband and I have memberships there, so we make the most of that. I do Zumba, step aerobics, body pump, and spinning (from time to time) all at 24 Hour Fitness locations.

I just recently got Zumba for my Playstation move....LOVE IT. so easy to be addicted. I catch myself @ wrk singin the songs and doin moves. Everyone needs Zumba in their lives!

I love love LOVE Zumba but since moving I haven't done it. Can't find a class that's cheap enough. I used to pay just $5 a class where I used to go but now all I see is like $15 and up!!! NOT doing that. I may have to look into that system you are talking about MrsJones. How much was it if you don't mind me asking? My husband had burned some from online but their not good quality. Zumba kicks ass!!!

ORRR...you can go on eBay!! LOL I just found one starting at .99 and 12.95 s/h but I know it will go up cuz it's still got 6 days left!! LOL But I love eBay for trying to find things cheaper.

I use to do zumba 2-3 times a week at the gym by my job and now I do it on my xbox kinect!!! Its soooo much fun. Even the beginner one you work up such a sweat!!

They offer Zumba at my university and I went to the sessions last semester and had tons of fun. Worked up a sweat! I'm hoping I can find some time this sem to join the classes again
