Steaming in henna is a definite keeper. One hour of BAQ Dulhan and 20 min of Indigo gave perfect results.

I have a steamer and considered this method, but doesn't the henna run down the face and neck? Explain how you do this please.

Actually, it surprisely didn't. I made the henna a tootpaste consistency and it didn't become runny at all. I always have a dark towel handy to wipe away any that did. But not really needed. The first batch I made on Mom was a thinner consistency and did not run down her face and neck barely.
We didn't wear plastic caps either while under the steamer. HTH

Can you sit under a hooded dryer with Henna treatments?

well the point of the steam is to shorten the henna process and make hair softer with the moisture of the steam ,so one method that i saw on another forum is using a turbie towel and sitting under a hooded dryer if buying a steamer is too much of an expense and you want to test the steaming method hth

Is the heat therapy wrap similar to a steamer in terms of effect?
