complete multivitamin
Hi,
I'm looking to try a new complete multivitamin. I had one a day women's but it makes me nauseous, every time I take it. I'm not sure what's in it, but it upsets my stomach. Does anyone have any other suggestions for a complete multivitamin. Preferably one that I only have to take once a day.

Hi Kinksncurls
I take Isotonix vitamin supplements. They are 95% absorbable directly into your system.

Hi kinksncurls,
I really like SuperNutrition's Simply One Women, which I've taken for 5 or 6 years. I've never gotten the "neon" yellow or green pee effect (sorry if TMI!!), meaning that I absorb this supplement well, and I never get the nauseated feeling I used to get after taking multis with iron and/or B vitamins. It also includes some antioxidant extras. You can find it at Whole Foods, or online at iHerb.com, etc.
You should also check out the multivitamin thread Curly Nikki started in the Grow Long topic area:

A lot of the women that posted there take prenatal vitamins to boost hair growth.
