Rainbow henna- persian red

Hey Ladies,

Has anyone used Rainbow henna from Whole Foods? When I hennaed the first time I ordered the Jamila Henna from butters-n-bars like Curly Nikki suggested but my friend bought this Rainbow Henna and I haven't seen any reviews on it. I don't want her to use it and it turns into a complete, utter disaster! If you've used it please share your experience/results! Thanks!

I have used the Persian black. Haven't used any other color. My goal is blending gray on my 4b/c.

pros:

All natural and wholistic product
convenient to use jar, keeps product fresh

cons:
Runny - little rivulets down my face after a while
Didn't cover my greys (temples) well
Made the rest of my hair very black. At least that part worked well.

Didn't like it as a hair color because of the grey coverage. I ended up using for henna rinses. See Nikki's henna rinse tutorial.

Will I buy Rainbow again? Only if I can't find Light Mountain Cover the Grey.

Have you searched the forums for RAINBOW?

I just used the Rainbow one yesterday. It made my hair soft but It's taking forever for the seeds to come out of my hair.
