How Often do YOU wash?

One of the things I enjoy about transitioning is that my "fear" of water is almost completely gone. Humidity is another story altogether...im still workin on figuring that out..........
so since its summer/still hot I've been able to wash my hair on average every 4 days. I find that it is actually MORE moisturized and feels BETTER the more I wash, as opposed to when I was singing my scalp every 6 weeks with a relaxer. I would wash every 2 weeks (EW!) and i would be desperatly trying to get moisture back IN it daily with greases, etc.
I find that washing every day is too much, I could go every 7, but im kind of addicted to every 4.
I know friends who dont wash at ALL unless they are going to the hair stylist. even when i was relaxing I couldnt leave my hair unwashed for SIX whole weeks!
so what is considered healthY? what is too much? what is too little?

How often do YOU wash?
Im only 4-5 months post relaxer and im relatively new to this forum, so im sure the topic has been discussed ad nauseum, but im curious.....thanks!

4 to 7 days

I'm almost 8 months post and wash every week, even when I was relaxed I couldn't go more than a week without washing my hair. I would like to try every 3-4 days but detangling takes way too long!

Once a week

i co wash every other day and wash with a sulfate free shampoo and deep condition with Shea moisture deep treatment masque once a week.

every 2-3 weeks. I don't like detangling so I avoid doing it for as long as I can!

I wash once a week but I sprtiz everyday with Greg Juice, even when I keep my hair covered.

It took me some time to learn not to wash as often, I really like feeling the water in my hair. But I had to cut it down a lot from 3 times a week to once a week.

once a week

Daily cowash, Weekly shampoo with a sulfate free shampoo.

Usually I wash once a week. If I wear twists I might stretch it to every two weeks.

Twice a week. One cowash, one shampoo and DC.

once a week, most of the time...but i've gone two weeks without washing.

I use shampoo every time...

once every two or three weeks when in a protective style but once a week otherwise.

Every other week. I don't have to wash as often because I only use water and Castor oil in my hair

Basking soda wash at least 2X a week.
Cowashes in between as needed.

I wash 2x per week. The cleaner my scalp, the fluffier my hair will be.

Shampoo + DC 1x/week, Cowash every other day.

I wash every 5-7 days. Any longer and my hair is dry, hard and unmanageable.

full natural and I wash my hair every 5-8 days, mostly focusing on my scalp. I can't seem to go any longer than that

Wash once a week

I co-wash every morning but sometimes slack on the weekends. I use shampoo and wash once a week unless I'm getting lazy and do every 2 weeks.

I wash every 7 to 10 days. If I don't do it on the 7th day then I just wait until my next off day.

About once every two weeks

truthfully... whenever I feel like it. I wet it almost everyday anyway.
I don't really tally how many times I wash my hair but it's about 4-5 times a week and I shampoo maybe once or twice.
Now that the cooler months are coming it'll probably be wayyy less
