Post by thetiffany 4th August 2010, 2:22 pm

i seriously need one, my last trim was in may when i had my last press n curl. i am losing about a coin dollar size amount each time i wash. my srtingy heat damaged ends just snap off and the ones that hang on look awful. i need to snap a pic.... anyways i was wondering the best method to do a trim. i was thinking of gettin my hair pressed and have my stylist trim but i really want to avoid heat at least until september (3months no heat Smile my other option is just to do it myslef. should i trim while my hair is in twist? and how much to take off? i rememeber befroe when i had relaxer damege and the hair was cut off that i could see through. if i do it this was i will probably lose about 1-2 inches in some spots Sad help please.................

I've heard of other ladies triming their hair after they have twisted it. When my stylist trims natural hair she blow dries it on low and snips the ends.... Probably didn't help much..
