I ordered mine online before Uncle Funky's Started selling them, so I'm not sure which products they have.

I use them to moisturize my hair while I'm two strand twisting or even cornrowing. They are very moisturizing!

It's black friday and I'm really tempted to buy some products from QB, but you have to buy at least $34 worth of stuff to get the 20% off and I only wanted to buy 1 thing to buy for my sister. She has scalp issues and I wanted to buy her the Tea Tree and Grapeseed Therapeutic Pomade.
Now my natural friend wants to tag team with me and purchase together, but if I do that I won't be able to ship the products to my sis...she lives in NY and we're in TX. hmmm....don't know what I'll do

I was supposed to turn one of the paper's rough draft in yesterday through email, but I didn't.....and still have not done it.

It's crazy, when I have too much to do, that's when I procrastinate the most...out of depression.

my twist out didn't come out too nice and my hair already feels dry. I can't wait to wash it again. I guess I'm going to have to put a good moisturizer underneath that Oyin shine and define next time.

I'm ashamed to say this, but my hair feels terrible.
I don't wanna blame it on Oyin yet though. I need to give it another shot.
It feels dry AND matted though-that's new!
I can't wait til Friday to wash and deep condition..hell, maybe I'll do it Thursday night. I think I probably need to do a protein treatment too...I've never done one before though...should be interesting.

I'm still rockin a twistout, but it's pulled back into a pony....man it feels terrible though.

I used a moisturizer under shine and define. It helps a lot. I don't know if you have the whipped pudding but that worked well or you
could use shea butter. Just my opinion

@ChrsLvsBks well, my hair is dry, but it's also breaking easier than it usually does....I don't know if this is because it needs moisture or if I need protein. I guess I will hold off on the protein and just work on moisture and see if that's good enough.
Thanks for mentioning that though...protein might just exacerbate the dryness.

I am wearing my hair scarf today to mask the atrocity underneath it. All this semester whenever I had too much stuff to do for classes, my hair always suffers. My priorities are in check though cause school should be more important, but I need to figure out a schedule that I can stick to....maybe if I stop procrastinating with my classes, then I can get everything done on time AND stick to my hair's schedule! Still no shipping confirmation from Chagrin Valley o_O ....It's been 4 business days.

I got my Chagrin Valley's stuff yesterday.....actually I don't know if it came Wednesday or Thursday, but that was FAST!!!

I took pics of the soaps, will upload them later. Finally, I will get to wash my hair today. Definitely need to deep condition too!!!

By the way....it's supposed to snow in Houston today.

snow in Houston???? wow!!! I lived in the Central Texas for 4 years!! When it snowed the whole town shut down!! I was born and raised in NYC we went to school in snow knee deep!
