IM SO NERVOUS!!! BUT THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HAIR.

Alright i don't know if you guys know or not probably not but i am in the Military and to get promoted from E-1 to E-5 they go buy a cutting score. Im nervous because the scores just came out and mine is over the max it takes to get promoted next month. I really want to get promoted don't get me wrong but i always have these doubts about myself like wether or not im ready. I always want to be the best at everything i do. But i always get nervous over everything like my physical fitness test, holding formations, giving speeches or classes, and in the end it turns out ok. But i hate it when my heart is pounding, my palms are sweating. i don't know why this happens i just hope i don't pass out when im marching to the CO to get pinned on. You will be fine. Enjoy the success. A lot of times when we suceed it is easy to be afraid of the new responsibilities. Take a deep breath and enjoy your accomplishment You earned it!

Just take your time, be happy that you have been given this wonderful opprotunuity and keep positive calm thoughts in your mind. I used to be in the Navy so I know exactly how you feel. It is nerve wracking when you have to wait for the scores to come out, but go ahead and claim it, it's yours!! But please don't pass out in front of everybody LOL Congrats!!

I appreciate and thank you all, for all the comments and i talked to a friend of mine about it today and she said the same thing, im going to have her pin me on. I am so looking it forward to it and moving up in the ranks doing my 20 and getting out. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I was in the AF and when I was promoted to E5 I was sooo nervous. I did not know what I was going to do with the extra responsibility and have troops to look after. It all comes naturally. You will do great! You have no worries.
