Someone on a forum mentioned they had a really nice cut done there. I'm not from NC but I will be going for vacation in May and will go there then.

ok i just realized how far charlott is from raleigh...my bad. in the book Thank God I'm Natural she has a listing of salons in the back I will look when I get home and get back to ya!
