Re: Avocado Oil
I am using it now. I like it but I am not experiencing super awesome results. It reminds me of a lighter version of Olive Oil. I read that avocado oil is a natural sunscreen so I am curious to see if it will work better on my hair in the hot summer sun.
Re: Avocado Oil
Thanks Tia! One video I watched raved about how much better it is than olive oil because of all of the nutrients and minerals it contains. I'm going to keep researching.
Re: Avocado Oil
I LOVE advocado oil! I use it often in my shea butter mix and an oil mix I use on my scalp. It's a little thicker than olive oil (in my opinion) and it makes a nice, healthy sealant for your hair. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Re: Avocado Oil
I usually add avocado to my deep conditioner. I just repurchased so it will be nice to see how my hair responds after not using it for a while.
Re: Avocado Oil
I mix it with olive and coconut oils and love the results.

I have used it also. I haven't experienced any awesome results with it. I see it more as a lighter oil for shine, like when you unravel twists. However, I have heard of the awesome benefits, so hey why not use it
