has anyone tried this attachment that you put on your blow dryer??? It looks like a green hand that you run through your hair. Is it really meant for type 4a hair to use???

Everyone keeps talking about how good DevaCurl is but I can't afford it right now. Been making my wish list and I don't know if I should add this to it.
