Nubie, that's all I use it for-- to moisturize, seal and twist and then about midweek to remoisturize and seal, twist. I find that if I use it alone, I get frizz but if I seal it does wonders for maintaing moisture. So I use it about once or twice a week (I only do my hair about once or twice a week right now).
