You all are killing me! but I already know I am done...I am going to that hair show in Baltimore. Ha control my eye!!

SN: What do you think is best for my twist that is on my list (page 2 or 3)so they don't shrink on me? I am going to let my get 90% dry but what I have been using in the past just made my hair curl up on itself! Help me Curlfriends!!

I need the answer to this question too. I've just come to accept that my hair just curls up. I can say it doesnt curl as much as it use to.

yall would know more than me! actually i took a chance on my mj baby buttercreme...loves it. maybe its all in my head but its definitely a difference in the baby and curly. the curly left my hair dry and w/build up after 2-3 days. i used the bb after my wash and started twisting while it was still sopping wet. the creme was ooozin out and i was afraid it would dry hard and with left over product wavin at me. nope, i woke up this morning and they were still nice and juicy. good hold and im hopin my twist out will turn out better than last time!

its still nice n shiney. i greased my scalp w/my pooka hair butter (moved greasing wit coconut out the way) and spritz'd my aloe gro..winning combo!!

i was actually gonna twist with the curly meringue but once i did a side comparison the bb came out better. ill use the meringue to coil my hair.

I start to experience build up with the Baby Buttercream around day 5.

EEEK!! so do u touch it up w/bb? like retwist...and how often?

i think im gonna do my twist out tomorrow cuz around day 4 of my twist its too frizzy in the back!

Last time I used it, I did the twist on Tuesday, twist out on Sunday. I retwisted the following Tuesday with Cocoa Tree Detangling Ghee and Roxie felt gucky (just made that up).

oh ok! i thought the cocoa ghee was just to detangle and wash out. my next twist im gonna mix the olive n honey balm wit the honeybush gel. mmm so citrusy!

Actually the Cocoa Tree is a leave in.

Almost bought the Tui shampoo and leave in conditioner. Got all the way to checkout and could not hit "submit order." I blame Traveljunkie!

I have been to every TJ Maxx in a 100 mile radius! No CD products! lol, I'm going home to Chicago next weekend so I'll give it a shot.

I think the next time I am at the mail, I am gonna have to pick up that CD deep conditioner Erica did the review on!

So a local "Black owned" beauty supply store carries Carol's Daughter products at a crazy markup. I went in and looked around because I wanted the Tui leave-in and figured I could justify the markup by not paying for shipping. I realized that what they were doing is buying the gift sets and then selling the individual products at a significantly higher rate, each one costs at least $7 more than it sells for in Sephora. Ummm...no thanks.
