It's normal to have cold feet. But you'll be okay after the first few cuts.

Are you cutting it yourself or going to a salon/barbershop to have it cut? How long did you transition?

I'm going to the barbershop/salon tomorrow and I transitioned for 6 months

I transitioned for 10 months, and did the BC three months ago.

Make sure you clearly communicate to the person cutting your hair what you want them to do. Be confident and strong in your decision. Is someone going with you?

One of the most important things to do after you BC (which I didn't do) is deep condition your hair. Your hair is going to be really dry. And it may take a little time for the dryness to go away. What products are you using?

I'm taking my mom and my big cuz with me tomorrow thanks for the heads up about the DC cause my hair at present is really dry. My hair will probably be a mixture of 4a and 4b
