What products are you using and what's yr hair type? I know I have to keep trying different ones to see what works for me. Also, some of us including myself have different textures in our hair. Example the front could be different from the back. I just pay close attention the section that's not getting the best results and apply a different product. I got pretty good results from Eco Styling Gel, Baby Buttercream. I put the Eco Styling Gel where I'm having the most problems with curls. Hopes this helps.

How long is your hair? What products are you using? Can you post a pic of your hair?

First your hair looks great. I will do SMALL individual twist -out . I will use a LITTLE Shea Butter and then put some Eco Styling Gel.

To add to making smaller twists I would also advise leaving the twists in for a couple of days to make them more defined. If you do not like the Ecostyler Gel ORS twist n lock gel is also good for definition. Its not really hard like the other gels.
