I started October 2009 from a bald head. I wore my hair head close for a few years after taking out my Locs. As of today,I've been growing my hair for 17 months. How about you?

Thank you so much!! I didn't even think it was noticeable. You really just made my day!! Very Happy I like your hair. It appears to grow up and out like mine. You've being growing your hair a long time. Do you like having loose hair any more or less than locs?

Its hard to say since I've been cutting my hair on and off since I went natural. The last cut was last spring and I've only cut out splits and SSKs since then.

My hair was shoulder length last summer if I remember correctly.

Hhmmm. I'd have to post later. It's twisted now and don't have any really recent pics to show growth. It's growing, though BUT I did trim yesterday but only about 1/4 inch.

Just changed mine! A Sunday-fresh Wash N Go taken a few minutes ago. I can tell I've gotten some growth because of where the color starts (my hair is naturally jet black).
