So I re-vamped my regimn. Changed products

*Shampoo and condish once a month with Renpure: red bottle
*weekly co wash with Natures gate jojobo condish or sauve naturals condish.
*Detangle with sauve naturals or aussi moist.
*DT with whatever condish thats left and add mayo, egg, honey, or evoo-depends whats in the fridge.
*sheamoisture curl enhancing smoothie is my new leave in!!!!
*seal with a mix of coconut oil and olive oil
*Im still protective styling but with buns, french braids, and beanie's.

*I now use wild hair growth oil on my scalp (3x week) I'll post before and after pictures on March 28th.

* it's only been a week or so with this new routine and my hair is so much moisturized. I bet its the sheamoisture!!! before I was adding product and water to my hair daily.

That sounds like a solid Regimen. I'm sure you will be able to see and feel the results in your hair.

Ok so after giving my son a bath I notice the water in the tub was going down slowly. I puledl out a wire hanger and fished out....get this..... more than a hand full of hair. It covered my entire palm!!!! I thought my hair shedding was moderate to normal. The hair that I found in the comb and paddle brush anyway. Who knows how much I actually lost. Im getting nervous. I'll be researching black tea rinses to prevent shedding.
