Vitamins and Skin Care Empty Vitamins and Skin Care

Post by coilykinks 29th December 2010, 10:10 pm

I wanted to share this brand of vitamin I have recently been taking.

Here's a little background on my skin first.

Growing up and into my late twenties I had great skin. No blemishes, very healthy looking skin. Even during my pregnancy my skin was flawless. Once I delivered my baby and thereafter I had breakouts galore, and that made me very self conscious. After going to several different dermatologists and using prescribed washes and taking pills with minimal results....I gave up.

Well, in November I attended A Natural Hair Show in Houston and I met a lady who suggested I try
african black soap or dudu osun soap, and just use shea butter as my moisturizer. At the same hair show, a stylist recommended Jarrow Hair,Nail, and Skin vitamins (sold at whole foods) or Nzuri Liquid Elixir(sold online). I have been using the soap now for over a month and I will begin to use the shea butter soon. I am the using the Jarrow Biotin 5000mcg.

I hope this helps someone.

Skin care is about protecting your skin from the harmful effects of water, wind and sun. There is no particular age or time to look after your skin, so never think that your age has gone, to take good care of your skin. Healthy beautiful skin is the end result of a well-hydrated skin that is duly protected from the sun damage. And not to forget regular exercise and a balanced diet are other two secrets that pave way for achieving healthy glowing skin.

Healthy skin requires a variety of vitamins, so they remain strong, in particular, vitamins, vitamin E, vitamin C and vitamin D, in addition to vitamin E and C (found in citrus fruits and vegetables) are the most simple antioxidants.

Many vitamins are important not only for good health, but also for healthy skin. If you use a combination of vitamins, when used topically or eat vegetables and fruits through advertising, you will notice a big improvement in how your skin is and how it will react during the aging process.

Lack of vitamins can make skin lifeless, blotchy and dull. A number of studies reveal that certain vitamins and minerals, when taken internally, can positively influence skin appearance, beauty, and a woman's overall health.

I just left the GNC. I'm planning on buying some hair skin and nails vitamins this week. A bit tired of going to the dermatologist to be given all these medications that aren't working.

Vitamin plays an important role in slowing down the aging process of our skin cells. One of the fat-soluble violence is vitamin A and it is important for treating your dry skin, because it helps to heal it.
