Careers with family and the Media

I am a current college student and I am making my own major here at my University. I know that when you are in college the best bet is studying something you can do for the rest of your life. I personally have and interest in Media and family management but I have not the slightest idea on how this will work in the realy world. Do you guys know of an paying jobs that would allow me to exercise this major i made? I was thinking about starting an Online therapy business But i dont know how i would make money off of that... lol im lost
