carefree gold curl activator???

i have heard a bunch of good reviews on this product, how it enhances ur curls and it also moisturizes the hair and boy do i need a good moisturizer and i'm so tired of trying to find something to make my curls pop or defined, whatever......anyway, this product isn't too expensive and that's a plus Surprised

.....has anyone else tried this product??? i know alot of naturals have on youtube~

it is safe for natural hair... and boy does it keep hair moisturized without the 'soul glo' look

wow..ok and it does define the curls i hear; well i'mma definitely go out and purchase this b/c i do need a moisturizer and a curl definer in one...ty ladies~ Razz

Personally, I like Luster's no drip curl activator better.

didn't like it.

Too slippery-
I think it was the glycerin.

i bought the curl activator but it wasn't the carefree gold kind because i got more out of what i bought for cheaper lol...it was the right on curl activator or whatever in the purple and white bottle...i gotta get used to it though b/c i am sooo used to the ecostyler....btw what can i mixed it with to make it a little thicker or what do y'all normally mix ur curl activator w/ if u mix it w/ anything at all??~

Not a fan of this product at all. I'm giving it away at the next product swap. Just wasn't a good match for my super thick and coily hair texture. It didn't feel good in my hands, didn't feel good in my hair, didn't smell good, etc. I just don't get what the hype is about. However, I simply ADORE Care Free Curl Snap Back Curl Restorer and their Instant Moisturizer.

Before I learned about natural products, CFC was wonderful for my eldest daughter's hair. It made her ringlets soft, shiny, and surprisingly--not greasy. (I was expecting a hot, greasy mess). I only had to put it in once a week. I have no issue with it, but we're on a more organic path with her hair right now. It works for some and not for others. It depends on how well your hair tolerates it. My daughter has highly porous hair, so it worked well.

I like both of these. The regular CFC activator is thicker.
