How does the multi-quote work? I can never seem to get it to work

Trying to figure out the multi quote

you and me both then it was explained to me so here goes:

~ click the multi quote button for all the posts you would like to quote

~scroll to the bottom of the page

~click post reply

~a new page should come up with a message box with all of your quotes in it

~then write your message in it like you normally would
