I feel as though, I had been lied to most of my life, by being told, that I needed to have straight hair to make it in society and to even be accepted by some family members. I feel like if God wanted me to have straight hair all of the time, I would have been born with it. I have learned to love myself more as well as accept by gorgeous hair in its natural state and I am loving every moment of it.
