Kinky-Curly Review and Photo

This was my first time using Kinky Curly. Let me start by saying I am not that great when it comes to styling hair.

I hate the shampoo, my hair felt really raw after using it and not moisturized at all. I won't use the Kinky come clean again. Love love love love, Knot Today, I felt like I did not even need the Custard. The knot today made my hair so soft and manageable. I need a larger bottle of it.
So first go around, my hair started drying to crunchy! So I jumped back in the shower rinsed it out, cowashed, and applied all over again using less product.

I really like the outcome, but my hair did shrink a lot, I am not sure if I missed something or if there is something I can do after I apply the custard to control shrinkage. I slept with a bonnet on, in the morning I had to wet my hair and I used Knot today to refresh the curls. My hair does not move, I don't hate that, but I don't love that. But I must say very curly!!! ;-)

Very beautiful!!!! You are rocking it! I put in KT, sealed my hair with EVOO/jojoba first, and then put in KCCC. That way, I created a mini-barrier to counteract the severe shrinkage.

yea i do the same as fleur_nouvelle, I spray water on my hair, apply KT, then some coconut oil, and then KCCC..this helps with shrinkage and keeps my hair soft
