Luster Pink (Brown) Gel

Hey ladies

Any of you used 'Lusters Pink' (something) Hold Gel (its Brown, more Jellyish than standard Gel).
I used it and i think it is rubbish if im honest, it was accurate so far with no white bits or flaking and reacted well with my leave in moisturiser, but as for hold, nothing really at all.
I struggle with my braids out, my twist outs come out really bouncy, but where i have to finish my styles with a Bantu Knot, obviously shrinkage is increased and the Twists really shrink more than i'd like, so Braids, look longer which i prefer, but i struggle prefecting them - my Boots Curl Creme works a treat for my twists, but not braids, so think i need a Gel for the added stregnth and hold - but sharnt be using Lusters -anyone had any success with this?
