Qhemet Biologics AOHC

I love Qhemet Biologics AOHC and I am in search of a great deep conditioner. I read on the label that this can be used to DC. Has anyone tried it? If so, what's your regimen? TIA .

I love the AOHC ! I've done an overnight baggy treatment with this and done it two different ways. When I rinsed it out the next morning I used a little more, but I put some in my hair by sections, twisted my hair and then placed a plastic cap on my hair and rinsed my hair the next morning.

When I don't rinse it out the next day I don't put as much in my hair but I twist, then place the plastic cap on my hair and remove the twists and simply fluff my hair the next morning. When I do it this way its because my hair is really dry and needs more moisture. HTH

Hey brownsugar I did this on dry hair both times. I want to try it on wet hair though the next time I try it. Yes maybe we will run into each other

I was hoping there would be one for Labor Day but there wasn't . So I think the next one won't be until Black Friday unless there is one before that date.

Is the sale better than buying it locally? I do NOT like to pay shipping .

I think I read that it is only 15% so you may still come out better buying locally. It's great for people who don't have a vendor near them.

Here is the reponse that I got from QB customer service about how to use the AOHC as a Deep conditioner:

To use as a DC, apply a generous amount to dry hair, cover with a plastic cap for 20 minutes to an hour and rinse with warm water. Same applies for use as a pre-shampoo conditioner but you'd shampoo it out instead of rinsing it out.

I'm glad I was doing it right(lol). Its been awhile but the last sale I ordered I think it was more than 15%. Don't quote me but I think it was either 20 or 25% off. But its still better if you're not paying shipping.

Is it worth purchasing if not on sale? I'd love to try this product for the winter but I hate to wait all the way till Black Friday.

Also, do you use this as a sealer or as the moisturizer. I've been using the Kimmaytube mix. Should I use this on top of it?

Like I really need another product to try! i see there is one in Michigan. They are a little expensive but when I get some extra mula I'll give them a shot...

Yes it is worth purchasing when its not on sale! I've definitely ordered when it wasn't a sale but I like to stock up when she does have one. Also she offers sample sizes so you can try those to see if you like them. I've used the AOHC as both a sealer and moisturizer, its thick enough to seal your ends. I think the kimmaytube mix is used as a leave in, correct? Then you could use the mix as your leave-in and whichever styler you choose as your moisturizer/styler. HTH.
