I like Curls Clarifying shampoo. My hair feels clean afterward but not stripped of moisture.

Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose shampoo (which is SLS free and soap based) is not marketed as clarifying but boy does that stuff strip every last drop of product, oil, dirt, and goodwill from my hair (which is sorta what clarifying shampoos are supposed to do). Your hair won't feel moisturized but you will be totally clean with no residue from products or oils.

I use Giovanni smooth as silk shampoo. It moisturizes but also definitely strips dirt away.
