Hey Mega

Girl twist can never hurt your hair if done with you natural hair . now it you
twist with extentions then you could get brekage if they ar too tight or left in too long . but no twisting is a protective style , so it can't hurt .

But there is twistouts , twist pinups , braid outs braid pinups , puffs ,flat twist , wet sets , and finger coils and girl so much more . you can get Ideas from youtube . hope this helps

The best way to retain length is to limit manipulation. So doing twists every night doesn't really do that. If you can rock the twists and not take them out for a few days (or more) that would be healthier for your hair, in my opinion.

Maybe it the way I'm twisting when I twist my hair it just stands up because they are still kinda of short I. Does anyone think I should blow out my hair for more length and than twist I know that I have to be careful with the heat
