Tomorrow is the day. . .

After 5 1/2 months of transitioning, tomorrow I am going to BC!!!! I have about 3 inches of new growth. The back of my hair is almost completely natural and I'm just getting tired of the two textures. I figure that with this humidity the summer would be the best time. I am soooo ready to let go of these relaxed ends. I am so excited about my curly natural hair and I just want to see it grow!!! Pics will come tomorrow afternoon!

My stylist will do it. I watched the video you posted Lynnie and I'm going to ask her to cut it wet with conditioner. I'm a little scared to try it myself.

Thanks!!! I'm excited. I'm armed with my good Giovanni conditioner, Kimmaytube mix and I feel ready to take on these curls!

You have everything ready! I plan to do the same next week when I BC. Doesn't everyone walk into the salon with a backpack full of products? LOL

LOL! I hope she's not offended but I LOVE my products so much that I only want to use them on my hair. :-)

CONGRATS!!! i remember that feeling I was soooo excited!! and that is sooo true if I ever go back to a salon I am definitely carrying my products for the beautician to use

Thanks ladies! I used to have a TWA but I didn't like it. Probably because it wasn't my choice and because I didn't know anything about products. Now I am finally ready to make this step.
