[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Tried a new style this weekend and I love it........I twisted and curled with flexirods. I think this style is a keeper. I love big hair. It is so soft and fluffy

I am still trying to achieve this perfect twist. I don't know what I am doing wrong. HELP!!! When I take it down it still looks like a wet and go.

Thanks, it was supposed to be a mohawk style but I changed it at the last minute. I parted the top of my hair and put the back in a ponytail holder while I did the front. The top was parted in a mohawk style and I flat-twisted the sides into four flat twists on each side. Then I two strand twisted the back of my hair. I did the top middle section last and its in two strand twists also which I twisted coming towards the front like a bang. Hope that wasn't confusing (lol).

What are you using to twist your hair and how long are you leaving them in before removing them? You may need something with more hold and you also may have to leave them longer in to let the set.

I have been trying Nikki's products: the Yes and Aveda Whip. I have left it in overnight and tried under the dryer. What else is good with hold without the crunchy feeling?? Thanks so much for the ideas.
