Making a hair style list for when I finally decide to BC
Hello!
I am currently transitioning with braids. Depending on how long my natural hair is (it was about 2"-3" before I got braids [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ) when I take out my braids, I plan to do the BC.
I am very interested in henna, so I will try that a few times to make the BC easier for me... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
The point of this topic is to ask has anyone done (or thought about) using Curlformers http://www.curlformers.com/ and Uncle Funky's Daughter products (the shampoo, conditioner, and curl stimulator) http://www.unclefunkysdaughter.com/ to boost the curl effect? I wouls imagine the hair would turn out like one of these (depending on what size Curlformers, hair length, and hair type):

The reason why I ask is because I have seen many naturals curl their hair with Curlformers with decent results. Also, Uncle Funky's Daughter products are suppose to bring out/create a curl pattern for kinkier hair types.
In theory, it should work. But idk. Can anyone enlighten me [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
PS-If I am in the wrong section, let me know...

If you texture is not similar to the ladies in the pics, then your hair will not look like that. Products only enhance what you have.
If you have 4a hair, Uncle Funky's Daughter will not make it look like 3b or 3c hair.
No matter what your hair type/texture, you will be beautiful!! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Re: Making a hair style list for when I finally decide to BC
Perhaps I wasn't clear...
Women seem to use wrapping lotion or some type of product in their hair before they put in the Curlformers.
I'm asking if Uncle Funky's Daughter's (grammar???) products can be used along with Culformers to achieve a curly hair style (that could last for a while, not permanently). Maybe the use of UFD products could make the hair curl better, maybe not...that's my question [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
